Your Contribution

The generosity of many donors and volunteers is needed to improve and maintain the ten-acre Eugene Masonic Cemetery.

Our budget includes expenses for trail and road maintenance as well as monument repair. Upkeep includes regular mowing and the constant battle with invasive blackberry and English ivy. The reward is a cherished park-like space, open to all.

Recent projects at the Hope Abbey Mausoleum include refurbishing the front porch and reattaching the marble to the concrete walls. Local glass artist John Rose is beautifully recrafting the clerestory windows, sponsored by donors. At left a window is shown with a handwoven banner by Marilyn Robert, part of the 2006 art exhibit.

EMCA is a registered non-profit so donations are fully tax deductible. A donation to EMCA is also eligible for the Oregon Cultural Trust tax incentive. Match your EMCA donation with a contribution to the O.C.T. and 100% of that amount will be credited to you, up to $500, for each individual, or $2,500 for corporations.
